 I decided to shoot fresh for this challenge. This is a focal blend of two images and a third blend of an exposure for the sky. Camera body: Hasselblad X1D with XCD 30mm lens. Many layers of luminosity masks and adjustments in PS to create my version of the scene.

Congrats on the Yellow, Dennis. This was my top-pick for this challenge, beautifully processed. I really should give that technique with luminosity masks a try one day.

I like the rays of the sun about to brighten the cold, blue landscape. Detail on the foreground snow is nice; I'd back it off a little on the rocks as they look over HDRed to me.

Perfect time of the day for this photograph. Composition, focus, exposure and white balance are excellent. I like the picture from foreground to the background and everything in between.
