 I've been looking for this Owl for a week and was happy to finally see it, on Halloween!

An appealing image that meets the challenge well

How fortuitous It was to see your owl for Halloween and this challenge. I̢۪m assuming you had a good tripod at 1/15 with that heavy lens? The image is nice enough in terms of composition and posing over his back that works well enough but the image is rather soft throughout. Also the tail feather is sharpest of all suggesting that the focus is not as it should be. Ideally, the eyes need to be the sharpest to draw our attention to them. The blue fringing on the leaf stem is also distracting but overall a reasonable attempt Anton, thanks for sharing.
