Okay... Challenge description: "Go over the top and do some floridly excessive imaging for this one."

By description, DNMC

However....

The dog cloud *IS* over the top of the horizon, it's extreme, it's a spectacular capture of a unique happenstance, so just out of sheerly being impressed, being able to appreciate the irony of the literal "Over the Top" positioning, I vote 7.
