What did you prop your camera on? I often use my backpack, or any smooth stone I might find lying around. The lowered perspective works for this. It's nice I can can just about make out a name...(Ernice Cathson 1823-1891?) Does this person have any importance to you. If only the sky was a bit more dramatic, and you'd chosen an angle that excluded more of the tree, this would be great. As is, it's good. (5) |

This shot seems to be tilting to the right, but I think it may help the photo. Uneasy tilt, uneasy subject work together. |
