Good detail on the heron, wonderful reflection, and I love the perspective - it feels like I'm in the water with the bird. The tones and contrast are good and I'm sure it looks just as good in color.

I think the background is too strong for the bird. Maybe a shallower DOF would have pulled the bird away from it. 5
