I swear it's me that started this trend in April. She admitted then that she didn't go to Venice often. (Or drive there anyway.) She's since taken two DPC groups there!

I gave it a 5 because it unquestionably DNMC, IMO. Honestly, I was shocked to see this on the front page over several others that did meet the challenge, especially the parrot. That said, apparently many people just don't care, so congrats. :)

Is this too wide a scene to be considered "tight"? I don't think so, because there is a "rest" of the image that informs and frames this gleefully caught moment, which itself is tightly framed within time. And it's a great photograph.
