This picture is of the center of a glass bowl at my parents' house and was taken using a Canon 50mm f1.8. It was a random shot taken as I walked by the bowl, I had almost forgotten about it when I was going through the pictures later on and it jumped out at me. The glare in the middle is from the light above the bowl and was unavoidable.

Thanks. The reflection at the bottom is from a light over the bowl, at first I didn't like it but now I feel that it adds some extra depth to the shot.

This is a really cool picture. I don't know what exactly I'm looking at, but the repetitive pattern and complementary colors work really well to create an interesting and appealing image. Very nice shot - I can't wait to find out what it is. :-)

I have no idea what this is, but it's beautiful. It actually looks painted and not taken with a camera. This is awesome.

Well I really don't know what this is. Except for the center it doesn't look like glass at all! A great composition, except fot htose bright spots at the bottom.
I really can't figure it out. I'm eager for your explanations after voting!

This is such a sweet shot. So abstract and so beautiful. I really like the central placement of the bright spot at the end. Great colors and lighting.

I don't know what it is, but it looks pretty darn cool! However, it looks like there's a flashtube reflection down in there too...
