 Hello Coach Sid,

Thank you for your comments on the 'Graffiti' challenge. However, I have to clarify the perceptions on the photo I presented for the 'Graffiti' challenge. The photo taken for the challenge comes from a very beautiful graffiti. I can send you the photo which proves that it is a graffiti as defined according to Wikipedia. However, I took the initiative to use my creativity and find an angle that gives honor to the artist who produced this graffiti. Also, it was the minimum level. So I do not have to work the picture. It is intact. I understand that this decision was not the right one if I look at the score and the comments. I respect the final verdict both in terms of the score and the comments. On the other hand I have the feeling that the voters believed that I had manipulated the photo taking something other than a graffiti. This is what I find disappointing and makes me sad for this challenge. I work hard to be the best from day to day and this is the hard part to deal with

I found this challenge very funny. I went to Google map to find graffitis location. I found that people that created graffitis are artists in shadow. Within the collection of Graffitis photograph I stopped my choice with this composition that I titled "Racing street car".

An image that does not meet the challenge

Sorry Marcel this one doesn̢۪t work for me. I have to agree with one of your commenters, there needs to be a sense of placement where this part of a larger scene such as wall mural with additional street scene if that is indeed the case. It actually feels like some bizarre PS filters have been used to transform a normal image which is a long way from my interpretation of the challenge theme.

I do not see how this is Graffiti. There is no indication what it is painted on to show that it is not a canvas or mural on a wall.
