This challenge was run using the Minimal Editing ruleset, which allows essentially no post processing at all, including no cropping. Since the proportions of your image do not match any standard aspect ratio, we assume (lacking the requested originasl from you) that the image has in fact been cropped. Beyond that, it appears to have been heavily smoothed in post processing anyway, so it is just not legal under Minimal Editing Rules.
