 In RAW, sharpened, increased Blacks, countered with Fill Light, and a touch of increased Vibrance. In PS, sharpened, reduced, added border and saved. No crop.

These are my friends from Fresno PD.

I predict 5.4, but I think it's worth 6.0+ as the Golden Hour enhanced it a bit.
