Good idea, but you need to be able to see the outline of the pin. I tried it both ways, with gamma 2.2 (like most Windows) you can't see the outline at all, with gamma 1.8 it's just visible. |

i like the star effect.. but the problem is lighting here... not so clear what this piece is... |

I like the way you used your subject in an unconventional manner - sticking up instead of sticking in. Some of the pin was lost in the background. I really liked the way the light reflected off your subject. |

Overall i think the photo is too sharpened and too dark. The star flares look cool though :) |
