My favorite part of this is that the eyelashes look like the tree's shadow.

I wanted someone else to notice. *sigh*

Nicely assembled and imagined composite. I'll pick some nits for future reference: the sharp edge at the top of the water busts the illusion, the tree could stand out some more, and you could do with less wasted space around the subject. Nice work nonetheless.

Like the crying icons.
I mind a lot what is in my opinion the unnecessary tree - in a thumbnail you lose it and it's so much more effective - I imagined that you wanted the bird to fly from it but there is no need to be so literal.
