So beautiful and a great capture. I see what you mean by trying to adjust the composition, yet I really don't know if it could have been better. I keep thinking about how it could be adjusted, but I go back to thinking this is just perfect.
Congrats on an evocative blue! |

remarkable isolation. if I didn't absolutely know it was minimal editing, I would have suggested that you isolated that critter.
beautifully done, and rather nice score.
Congratulations on the Blue. |

Well earned Blue Thought it was a winner, is it a real wolf or a big dog, I'm celebrating the 5th place so I'm on my third double Brandy. Being a Huge Katie fan it means a lot |

Lots of potential here.
What this image lacks, to me, is a bit more drama. Since the challenge is minimal editing, and lighting options are limited in the wild, there is little maneuvering space left. Me, personally, i would have went with B&W. If i had time to prepare for the shot, i would have tweaked the in-camera B&W conversion to add more contrast.
All in all, a solid image, well fitted to the challenge and the lyrics. |
