Hello from the critique club
An image that contributes to the challenge
The woodland scene we have here has pleasing elements about it but as a work of art, it isn't. To be honest, it just doesn't feel as though there was a great deal of thought about it, it feels more of a snapshot than art. It lacks a focal point and sufficient depth of field. I like the mosses and can see potential in a low viewpoint having isolated one or more of the foreground mossy stumps against the soft focus trees in the background, such a scene would have had a lot more impact as a piece of art than what you have here. Sorry Drake but this one didn't work especially in this very well supported challenge. |
