this is so great, i am sad that it didn't score better overall. definitely underrated in my view. i might break with the purists in that i LIKE the narrow DOF of many of these interesting macro shots. incidentally, narrow DOF was the thing that got most the critique on my entry...especially interesting in light of the winner's razor thin DOF. ah well. |

I like this image a lot. The colors, composition and DOF make for a very appealing photo. You did a really nice job with this. |

I think the front ones being out of focus is a bit distracting, and it would have been better if the were sharp with the ones in the box being more blurry in my opinion. |
