An interesting image that meets the challenge
Well, its certainly purple! Your composition is good placing the spider on an appropriate hotspot but I̢۪m afraid I̢۪m one of those who dislike the processing. In a way I like it because it makes the spider less obvious and you have to search more for it but it just feels too much, a bit overdone. I supose its the sort of effect you either like or you don̢۪t. Thanks for a different and stimulating entry Susie. |

I'm seeing a lot of this filter recently. I think it would have been much more interesting without the swirling filter. Intriguing, yet over done. |

Not voting because I can't see these colors correctly (color deficient)

The more I look at this the more it grows on me! I realise some will think the editing is over the top but it's kind of funky, makes the spider look rather friendly! |
