Love the lighting...try running this through a "Canvas" filter, add a gilt-look frame and print this. |

This shot is very nearly a 10. I had to look long and hard to see why it wasn't a 10 for me, and I found 2 very small nitpicks.
1 ~ The horizon line (piano keys) appear to be sloped slightly to the left.
2 ~ The flowers are held just a smidgen too high (or possibly too low). Where they are seems awkward somehow.
That said, I should point out that this shot has many great aspects. The concept is great, the model is adorable, the lighting is fantastic (love the 3/4 side light), etc. The 2 nitpicks hurt the shot for me though. |

Seems a little under exposed. I like the piano as the background but think the flowers obscure the child's face too much. |

Adorable! .... if only the flowers were just a tad lower ... very nice lighting on her face, and excellent composition.

Awe. Nice shot. I really like that you used the piano. The lighting isn't the best - sort of has a spotlight feel to it as it is so bright on the face and too dark around the edges of the frame. The black level also seems off as the darkest shadows are really just grey instead of black. I'd also like to have to flowers a tad lower so that they dont cover her mouth. |

The colors in this photograph evoke a memory of Victorian times (although the markings on the nightgown give it away). The soft rose colors in the piano seat and the nightgown compliment each other. It's a nice juxtaposition. I would like to see the same photo with the main light to the left lifted a few feet higher and use a fill light or reflector to dampen some of the shadows of the child. |

What a beauty! If I scroll down to crop this just under her hands I like it even more. Nice work. |

Would look so much better if the flowers weren't infront of her face. Love the color and the lighting, especially how you have the light on her face only. My only complaint is the flowers in the face. Beautiful otherwise. |
