Wow ... nice concept .... I like the horror in the eyes.
BUT - a desaturation of the RED channel would give u much more (IMHO)
hope u dont mind me editing your photo, I used only hue for this:

| Overall I think this is too dark. Also, try to make use of the full 640 pixel limit. |
