I think you needed to be slightly furtehr back from the subject because it is out of focus at the moment. Also, a more interesting background would be good too.

Clever composition - Peruvian pottery? Could be a bit sharper though.

Interesting subject and composition, but a bit out of focus. Could use softer lighting too.
