Taken from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, over the Reflecting Pool toward the Washington Monument. I thought that the "Slippery Conditions" sign adequately described the election vote that's streaming in tonight... regardless of who wins.

I'm pretty sure that's the Washington Monument, but it's not completely evident. A longer exposure could have corrected the darkness in this photograph.

too dark - the monument needs to be seen to make the point of the pic - and yes, i have a calibrated monitor.
