You could have used less sky. As a general rule try to leave the sky out of your photos unless it is pretty and blue or dramatic.
I think if you try a longer lens and create a more clear subject this could be a great shot.

| Beautiful landscape. I might have cropped higher or lower to put the horizon at the 1/3 line (rule of thirds). Well done. |

| Very good exposure here... I am glad that the sky is not blown out and that there foreground is not terribly underexposed. I wonder what over-exposing by 2/3 a stop would have done. Nice view worth a reshoot. |
