 More inspired by than in the style of Cindy Sherman. I found it tough to find something I really liked in her work, it was interesting but doesn't grab me. I settled on a clown and trying to portray his sadness at the end of a day. Don't think I pulled it off but wanted to enter.

There were some additional details that didn't make the final edit, suspenders hanging down, bare lights and burned out lights, crumpled money and balloons sticking out of a pocket. Wanted to tell more of a story with this than I ended up with. With the reflection being the self portrait thought it got too small with the wider view including all the details.

New personal best for me, I'm happy with that and the top ten finish.
