cataracts force the water to reveal its forces, which are essentially abstract. |

Ok -- this is my second "I think it's too recognizable to be abstract." Yet this one is a lot closer than the first. I'm guessing it's just that I've seen to many slow water pictures for it to have any mystery. The over sharp with the slow is kind of interesting. But part of me wonders if just a part of this would have been much more effective. I guess I want my abstracts to have a bit of mystery or intrigue to it. And taking just part, like the upper left quadrant, I think could be much more interesting and make people want to dig a bit deeper into it. Which is translating into a 6. |
