 A baby 7 legged starfish on the glass of my aquarium. No more than 0.5cm across. (I originally tried to photograph the hermit crabs, but they are too damn fast)

PS Work -
Crop
Change white balance to give it a blue tint
Heavy USM and sharpen
Heavy use of contrast and brightness to adjust the backlight effect and deepen the blue of the water.
Probably went round the brightness/contrast/colour balance loop several times until I was happy

Taken using a Canon 100m f2.8 macro, also tried one with a reversed 50mm on the front, which got so close I could see its tonsils.

I like the tones and the detail of your photo. I'd be tempted to be in closer to show more of the detail in the starfish.

Not only are starfish just kind of strange with their regrowing limbs, but you managed to find one with seven legs... Certainly bizarre! Plus I like the colors here and the little light-colored things shooting by :)
