this is a cool pic but seems a little noisy and the composition is not very interesting..i find it helps if you get level with your subject, i would like to see the expression on her face a little more..crop out all the uninteresting stuff to focus on your subject

Could get 1 or 2 more points if the papers were not so bright and distracting.

Good capture of sombody busy... i like sepia and plays of colors and shades but it would defenetly need different cropping. I find that would be interesting to crop it by the dark line of door side at right side. Would need some rotating to make it. Then crop the curve of carpet aswell. Nice job anyway.

Not sure I like the composition of this with all the distracting objects in the background and the two different colors of carpet. The papers also are overexposed.
