 LR: Adjusted exposure & crop
PS: Cleaned up a few smudges on the face paint then intensified the eye colour and changed the hue of the purple dots to a bit more blue.

I agree with Lydia, an even tighter crop could have done a bit more to the image...but you're the one with the ribbon, huge congrats on that! So whose idea was the makeup and how long did it take to do?

I'd have cropped just the eyes down to the tip of the nose... to REALLY make those eyes pop and to fit the challenge even better.

BUT... since your image beat mine, I think you know what you're doing better than I. :D
