I like the black and white contrast. The hairs give the photo nice contrast. |

nice portrait. looks like he is smiling. good catch lights in the eyes.. gives them depth. focus is right on, and where it should be. I also like the tangible feeling of the textures. |

Picture seems a little dark. B&W works well for it though. |

Would have preferred a bit less DOF so that the background was blurred. I think the doors detract from main subject. But still a very nice picture nonetheless. |

I like the way you filled in the frame. The border compliments the photo nicely. Jacko |

Charlie looks like a very nice dog. I like the b&w effect for a b&w dog (I'm assuming). Nice focus on his eyes. Good job. |

Good choice for greyscale and sharpness is great. In my opinion the background is a little distracting even though it's influence is minimised by your use of selective depth of field. |

This is one of the very few shots I've seen that makes good use of borders. Composition is fabulous and his/her expression is priceless. Great shot. Hang it on a wall... |

Cute expression. Focus & exposure are spot on here. I assume the dog is black & white anyway so B&W works really well - takes nothing away from the dog, but loses the background nicely. Excellent shot. |

Bet yu can't say no to those eyes, can you. Georgeous, but would be better in color so we could see the true beauty of the dog. Personal opinion only. I just love animals so. Well done photo. Good shot. |

A little too dark to make out enough detail on the dog. More DOF on the background would have helped too. Cute dog though. |
