 The great bunny disaster of July, 2015. We created our own sea of roiling toiling vines and the victims were portrayed by some of Anil's well loved bunnies I've made him over the years. Fun was had by all. No bunnies were harmed during the making of this high seas drama, though I did sustain a few scratches retrieving one bun when it fell deep within the giant rosebush these vines cover.

I love those little passengers....can feel the texture of the crochet...had one similar when I was little....loved it to shreds.... cute picture

ETA:

My first impression of this image reminded me of my daughter's favorite childhood story book - There and Back Again; we read it together so many times that the covers came off and she could read it back by the time she was 4 or 5. It's a story of a child's toy bunny and his adventure. The reference is the second sentence in the tale. I bought another copy to read to her son.
