This was to be my last attempt due to time and having to do this with cold coffee for the effects. Sadly the focus hit the back of the mug...i had manually focused and bumped the table, didnt realize how badly until it was too late.
firing in burst mode and only had two with this liquid effect, second one had blended more and was less pronounced.
I want to reshoot this some time...will buy a cup specifically for this and use heavier cream to prevent blending so fast. And i will have several cups available in case of blunders like this.

I find the entirety of the mug distracting - just too much stuff. Love the inside, but even a crop would have given you the glare.

I love stormy coffee. I wish it had been more in focus rather than the back of the cup, and with less glare.

The liquid effect is really cool, though the mug, shadows, and direct lighting aren't too appealing. 5 from me.
