 Took this on a field trip for a nature phototgraphy class I took at a local community college. Photo was taken in the University of Washington Arboretum.

This was taken with my 28-200 with a 21mm extension tube.

Nice, if it was the only photo of colored leafs in the challenge it would be even better but there are so many.
It's a nice picture but after the 20th the wow factor is gone (not your fault)

Good use of shallow DOF to create an interesting background which contrasts nicely with the sharpness of the foreground
