Not exactly the projects. Had you photoshop'd some graffitti on the buildings I'd have given you a higher score. ;-)

I guess these are low rental units provided by the city/state for those that are unwaged / low income?

This photo is a little dark. Also it seems a bit lackluster. The title is very plain also.

Is this poverty because you know that it is a low income housing development...I dont see any visual clues that these people are living in poverty

similar in concept to my pic...unfortunately, does not show poverty well. decent pic, but nothing compellig about it, not something i'd hang on my walls.
