| Love the juxtaposition of the two subjects. The figure in the painting is looking in one direction seemingly staring straight back and any viewer who will meet her gaze. Then there is an art observer who is looking in the opposite direction gazing at something else and failing to meet the watchful stare of the portrait lady. |

| Without looking at the title, my brain said, immediately, "mariuca" - I think the galleries enjoy your visits and much as you to them. The young lady in the painting does, anyway. |

| Seems perfect in that Vermeer way with a bit of modern space added. Did you crop this at all? I started with a 7 and might bump later. This is so strange knowing the photographer while voting. I hereby affirm that my high vote has nothing to do our personal acquaintance. |
