Because of my previous picture I decided to put more light this time... craso error; I should have used another kind of lighting.

Tattered chair yes - poverty? With all those paintings and color?

I really like the angle how you took armchair.
Maybe you had to put just one or two paintings to keep it bit less messy compozition and more stress on chair.

This is a great image but the implied poverty isnt strong . But wait, you probalbly meant it this way
