 A big thank you to the motorcycle cop checking for drunk drivers about 30 yards behind the camera. The flashing lights on his bike put off some lovely blues and reds to add to the color of this image. :)

Adjust white / black clip, highlights, shadows
Vibrance, Clarity
Add graduated filter to bring down building highlights
Vignette, sharpen
Layer adjustment on frontmost sign to reduce glare and fingerprint marks.
