| The border seems to be competing with the image for my attention. I'm also not drawing any mental lines in this one as the buildings are different in shape / height. That's not reflected in my scoring, but wanted to let you know that I wasn't feeling this image on the theme as strongly as others. |

| You chose a terrific vantage point to give a great juxtiposition of foreground and background. The city skyline appears almost painted, giving it a surreal effect behind the trees and river of nature. I have no opinion on the use of borders in general; in this case, I would have chosen no border or a different one - but simply an opinion. 7. |

Nice try but the white border is unecessary, it only adds to the already washed out sky. Also, the tree is lost in the darkness of the foreground.
