 I was going to skip this challenge since I hadn't found anything good to enter, but went outside for a few minutes before sleep and saw this beautiful northern lights. Maybe people will think this doesn't meet the challenge well enough, but what the hell. Too bad this looks very much like my last weeks nightshot (Auroras are pretty much all I shoot except people these days)

For those who don't recognize the title, this is a constellation (middle-leftish behind the northern lights). There are some lines in the trees and some in the constallation.

PS work:
-Neat Image (a lot of grain in 15 sec exp)
-Increased contrast
-Levels
-USM
-Resize
-Very slight burning and dodging

Great composition... Wish I had this effect in my area - I'd love to have this in my portfolio. I like the tree line under the "Wain" and the color is amazing. I'm wondering if this is really how it looked, or if it was enhanced in PS for effect. Either way, it's a compelling image.

Universal photography. I like people which set their aims high. The sky is the limit. Good work, nice composition. I would have liked some ground though.

Uhh... I think you make those people more south real jeallous with this :) and me too. I even see constellation...
yeah, looked up translation and found out its the title :)ok. But i should also say that these threes look funny...that red color and sure fit challenge. Still thinking of croping out big 'bush' at left side.

WOW ! If thats not photoshop edited for the green its definately somthing I would love to have been there for. Great shot wonderfull color. I do feel however it is a bit of a streatch for "implied Lines".
