~ Critique Club Comment ~
Composition : Masterfully done... This unique angle makes this shot.
Exposure / Lighting : The dark shadow that the top of the door disappears into most likely could not have been helped, but I think it may (or may not) have improved the shot.
Focus : Deep depth of field extends very nearly to the top of this shot. Very well done!
Challenge / Wow : Challenge not just meet... Challenge nailed! Definitely a WoW factor here too.
My opinion : I'm rushing this critique to get it done before 12 EST, but I hope I've done some justice to this wonderful image. |

Love this photo, especially the angle it is taken. Beautiful job. Shows the details of the weathered and warped door (left side as I look at it) and the stonework so clearly. Great job. Well done photo |

Did you do a version with a bloody arm reaching for the doorknob? |

There is something strange about that door, but I just can't put my finger on it. It seems to me that it does not actually belong in that door frame. Has it been PSed in? The door seems to stop abruptly about 2/3 the way up. I like this picture, though. Nice composition and sharpness. |

This is one of my favorites for this challenge. I love the old stone and the wood grain in the door. Good contrast. Thanks for sharing!
