 This is the Meydan Bridge in Dubai. It's not open yet, which is great because you can drive onto the bridge, park, and take photos without too much fear of getting ran over.

That said, most of the road is littered in tire tread, so there's clearly some low-key drag racing that happens on this bridge. Luckily, you can hear those kinds of cars from far away, giving you plenty of time to get yourself and gear out of the road :)
