 Struggled for ideas on this one since I'm not terribly strong working the abstract. (But these are my favorite to look at and think about, so I would like to improve.)

I had my camera setup with my macro lens and extension tubes for my first attempt at light through straws - couldn't get anything that seemed abstract. But while I was on the computer reviewing, I happened to see a plastic envelope that my mother had sent up with our Alaska trip details. The envelope had these interesting plastic rings for the closure.

So I wondered what I could do with that.

I liked the result.

I'm not sure how it'll work since there is a fair amount of yellow, and my title kind of emphasized the yellow.

Clever subject for the challenge. I think I'd have liked a little more space around the top and bottom so that the drops can breathe a bit more.
