I have to give a huge amount of the credit for this entry to nam.

I had no idea what to shoot for this technique. So, when it came time enter something I had nothing in mind. I picked out a few of what I thought were my stronger images for the week, and I started playing around with them.

I sent this image (along with some others) to Nikki with the man and his reflection colored. She gave me some feedback -- liking a different image -- I put in an entry and went up to bed. She then sent me back this image that she reprocessed with all but the reflection colored -- something I had not thought to consider. On my phone in bed I saw it was better. So, I got up and did a quick and easy edit that flipped things (color reflection and b&w world) and re-entered.

great example of collaboration. one of the big problems I've always had with DPC is that it discourages collaboration.

WooHoo, Mark :) You'd have thought of it, too, and the shot is wonderfully balanced. I love the flare that makes it look as if the reflection guy is down in a mine or something :) Congratulations on the blue.
