I keep coming back to this one. My score was a (4) for this. I just was looking for more to define the environment. This looks like it's on top of a fence column? It's got definate interest in my opinion. I just am not sure about the comp. which in fairness to you....could be this was the only angle you could grab the image.
Initially, I wasn't sure about the flare...but I'm starting to like more an more. The color and the pattern seems similar to the flag. Good Luck!
