I am on holiday in Mauritius with my new underwater camera and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the challenge :-). Photographing fish is a lot more challenging than meets the eye and identifying subjects afterwards is even harder. My brother kindly googled long and hard to find the name of this little fellow who was less than 2" long.
I can't recall any underwater pictures here on DPC, so have no idea how this will do.

What I like
- colors of the fish
- sharpness of the picture

What I don't like
- the fish's mouth is open, making for an interesting pose- but it is hard to see that the mouth is open because of the background. Not sure if this is fixable in a photo editor or not

Overall
- picture is a lovely shot of the fish but I wish his expression popped more.
