There's something about this that I really like. The softness, the filled-frame, the artsy vintage look. |

Exudes social attitude plus not seen since the 1950's a chance moment that could become iconic. |

Lost in thought at the stop light - maybe; waiting for someone to join her - maybe; many possibilities for a story to unfold. Nice DOF. |

This shot could have gone many ways, but I'm glad it took this intriguing, admirable road. I like the shallow focus on her profile. Her expression is Mona Lisa-ish. Her draped arm subtly leads the viewer in. As much as the image is about her and her ruminations, it's also about the car culture. I feel like I'm sitting in the back seat in a scene in the movie "American Grafitti". It's a privilege. |

Two hands on the wheel, please!
Definitely her car, see the flipped down sunscreen to use the beauty mirror. |

I like the glasses. Something very 1960s about this shot. |

Great Ubique tribute..the framing, blur and just enough enigma to keep it interesting! |

An interesting melancholy to this one. Very real. Great choice of depth of field/use of blur here. |

The spectacle lens grounds the image for me - an anchor around which the rest pivots. The steering wheels adds to the sense of 'turnability'.
I like how the photograph transcends the scene. It that sense, I think you have the measure of the challenge. Well done. |

Wildly matter-of-fact, no artifice. It is what it is, and what it is is real. The world's a better place for photographic doodles like this. How can the viewer not engage with it? I can't resist. Thank you. |
