technically for me this is a very adorable image For me, it shouldn't matter who or what was looking down or above, I think you got dinged a lot due to the fact the "camera" position was not looking down at something.
I do things like this all the time myself because I like it and it was the shot I wanted to perceive so I submit it anyway.
Congrats for doing it and going out of bounds thinking like that it looks like you got some good stores scores from it neverthe less and it was good to see not everyone downed your image.
You do fine most of all overall and you always tend to do much better than myself, keep it up and keep those wonderful images coming!
Oh yeah, You stole my last place brown spot LOL!

A nice twist on the topic. The squirrel is the one looking down. If I wanted to be totally anal I would point out that this is in conflict with the challenge description. But I'm not, so I won't. (Oh, crap, I guess I did after all....) |

I actually think "From Above" doesn't dictate who (photog/subject) should be above, so you should be fine. |
