As at least one commenter guessed, the girl was looking at some art. However, the gentleman in the background was not actually reprimanding me for taking a picture. He was talking to a man over my left shoulder that was about to walk into an area in which backpacks were not allowed.

When I entered this I knew I liked it but was not at all sure how others would receive it. Thanks for the better than expected votes and kind comments.
