THIS IS NOT REAL... we don't have corporal punishment in our school. Our assistant principal and a student posed for this shot just for kicks. Don't flame me.

Fitting title and I am not going to be one that is "shocked" at this image. I´ll say this though that it looks like you had use for a tripod cause you got some serious camera shake going on. Also, using a tripod you could have used an even longer shutterspeed and captured more movement of the board giving a sense of speed to the board. I gave it a 5.

It's just a little too blurry, and, ouch!

I would rather not remember school that way and the focus is way off.

Blurry but funny, and yet not. Who doesn't love an action photo!?

Too much camera shake. Flash or a tripod was definitely needed for this shot.

Looks as if the camera moved slightly when you snapped the shutter.

Was this blurred on purpose? I would hate to make that guy mad! (5)

Haha, man I'm glad they didn't do that in my day. Great photo except for the blur.

camerashake - tripod might have helped

Good idea and I like that black and white. There are two problems, as I see it. One, there is some camera shake blur which is a bit distracting. Two, when I was in school, there wasn't any leaning on desks.... it was "grab your ankles". ;)

I didn't need to see that.

This is really freaking me out. I'm voting it low because it ain't in focus and it just does not appeal to my understanding of education. I'm assuming this is all staged, but if it's in a school...what's the paddle doing there? Maybe I'm just naive, but...

This still happens?!? Focus a bit soft - composition a bit confusing

blurry, not in focus, not sharp - did the camera move?
