Really needed a six and a half for this one but went with a seven. Love the detail and the combination of golden tones in the bokeh background and blue blacks in the bird. Kind of wish they were reversed but of course that is ridiculous. Not crazy about the branch. I do think it will do better than your guess. 6.1

I like the strong contrast and slight oversaturation for a frazzled effect that fits the bird but not so crazy about the crop. Better 3x4 retaining the bottom, left and right edges and giving up some of the top. But still could be a high five, say, 5.85 because of the exotic subject.

ooh - this is much better than I had thought on my first viewing. I like the complementarity of the colours and the engaging out of focus area. I think you'll do better. 6.2.

nice sharpness - I like how the feathers stand out. The crop is neither fish nor fowl: since the beneath part is cropped off (for whatever reason) I'd even go for a closer crop an all sides. Still a 6 from me and I predict 5.7, close to your guess

nice, I like bird shots and I know how difficult they are to expose properly with a nice bright background like that. Birds historically don't do as well as I would like here, I think this is a good shot but will agree with your 5.7 as a prediction and give it a seven from me. Good Luck

The background compliments the colors on the birds face. The stray branch does not help the image though. 5.85

this one "wow"ed me with the stark contrast and lovely bokeh.

This looks way oversharpenened, and the colours are a bit off, I can see purple on the top of it's heard, the yellows are a bit bright also, would love to see the original to see what I can come up with, gave you a 6. I think it will score around 5.81.
