I've studied it and I am still not sure what is going on here. I do like this for a heavy metal band's CD sleeve though.

Insulation and drywall! one of my most memorable jobs as a younger man. you have a very unique sense of capture in this shot. If this gets 4.4 both of us will be good guessers, but I'll vote at a six and we'll see where it ends up, Good Luck

It is only the scrap of collar/harness/lead that gives me a clue that dogs are present. They're not bleeding, are they? Maybe they did themselves an injury on that fence post(?).
I thought that I could only manage four, but it has made me think and interpret, so I'm bumping it to five. I predict 4.725.

Doggies? I see something that looks like a collar, but no visible doggies... It looks like insulation to me, but hey what do I know? A unique image that is so outside the box that it might do well in this challenge. 5.1

I don't know what the hell I'm looking at BUT I can't stop looking.

Typically images like this don't do very well with the DPC crown so my guess would be 4.78.
