 My youngest daughter has a bit of a thing for shoes. Especially over the top shoes. Her sister gave her this wild pair for Christmas as a joke (I think). On the 75 yard walk from the car to this graffitied underpass my daughter decided the shoes were completely unwearable. When we were done she immediately took them off and walked back to the car barefoot -- through some ice, slush, and snow. Women and their shoes.
