Well, yes, I guess I did. The shadow is so large in relation to the birds perched on the building that, to me, it looked like another bird (out of focus)in the foreground.

Good balance in the shot, but I'm having trouble seeing the challenge theme in the photo alone.

I think I get it--Jonathan Livingston Pigeon! Cute idea.

Composition is effective. Colors are nice--orange/blue works well. It would have been even nicer if that scene-stealer hadn't imposed itself in the bottom right of the picture. Saved somewhat by the building as background...but didn't you just wish you could clone it out?

I get the title however, what does this have to do with school? Is that building a school? Who are the birds showing the way to?
